If you are able to list down your priorities, your needs versus your wants, perhaps it could be easier for you to shortlist suitable units.

Some questions for a start could include why have you shortlisted Urban Vista in this case since there are quite a number of projects in the vicinity of Urban Vista? Is it the lease balance, size of 2 bedders available in the vicinity? Why not other locations?

As we know, there are buyers who love high floors but high floors are not necessarily good to buyers who have phobia of heights or taking lifts so what is bad to others may not be bad for you. We need to understand what our priorities are in order to really work out a suitable option and then engage into feasibility studies and analysis on the listings available.
