Am interested to purchase Clover by the Park - 3 bedroom, but have low budget. Looking for sellers who are willing to cut loss and sell around S$1million.

Prefer units that are not facing road. Facing pool or park ok.

Hi Daisy,

Frankly speaking, owners at Clover By The Park all have holding power. So far, no sellers are looking to sell at a loss, nor reducing their asking.

It is not possible to get any park facing at $1M or below. Lowest price facing park now is $1.25M, some are as high as $1.47M. Facing park are the premium stack and having the best unblock view. Last transacted facing park already hit above $1000psf.

You might able to get low floor facing pool at around $1.17M range.
