Am i liable to buy a 900k-1m condo with my wife and i (2 borrowers) with monthly income 8k gross after selling my HDB flat with the proceeds that i earn and cpf refund i can pay for the 5+15% for the downpayment.with the tdsr and msr after i paid up all loans etc except my car loan will i be able to loan 80% from bank loan ?

Good afternoon! Probably you can share more information on your potential HDB sale with me so I can have a better idea how much cash proceeds and CPF refund will you get. As for the loan, I will suggest to get you a few bankers to advise you on it. With these two sorted out, we will have a better idea whether can you afford a max $1M condo. Hope to hear from you soon! Evening, Depending on your selling price, CPF refund and outstanding loan amount, along with your credit record, income status and current age, you might be able to get 80% loan.
