Hi Nicholas,

I always tell my client if they are interested to purchase a unit, put the best price forward to avoid any disappointment. What happens if today you put up an offer of $10k COV for a unit but you have the capacity of putting up to $15k, your offer gets rejected while your competitor's offer is accepted at $12k COV? Would you want to enter into a bidding war with your competitor should they also be entitled to find out what you are offering?
