Hi Nick

You can sell off your unit regardless of PR or SC, however you may like to check the date of purchase to see if you will be incurring seller's stamp duties.

You may refer to the IRAS website
http://www.iras.gov.sg/irasHome/page04.aspx?id=10202
for more information.

I have the PDF edition, if you like I can email it to you.

Have a great day!

Evening Nick,

As for for the profit and loss, it would depend on your purhase timing. Did you purchase this current property prior the 6th or 7th cooling measure? What was your mortgage loan lock-in period? How much have you utilized for the purchase,as of today?

This few factors will allow me to provide you with clearer answers.

Do feel free to contact me if you require further assistance.

Hi Nick,

I am sure you have your reasons to be selling before TOP and I will be glad if you are able to share more about why are you looking to sell now and explore further with you for any better options.

As most of my fellow professionals have pointed out on the implication of Seller Stamp Duty, we will require to know more details about how this will affect you by working out the probable sale price, against your purchase price and date of purchase and sale.

Let me know how I may assist you better.

Regards,
