Am a foreigner. Would like to buy a condo for around SGD 700.000, 2 bedrooms, new condo, any area .Any listings?

Hi Haji,

Are you looking for projects under construction, new launches or projects that have TOPed? For $700k to buy a 2 bedrooms unit that has TOPed will be a challenge. The closest I have on hand is a 2 bedrooms unit at The Tier in Balestier (28 Pegu Road). 538sqf asking $820k.
