I texted him and asked him if this unit is available? Just a yes or no answer right. But he refused to answer me and texted me a long msg saying he is in a meeting and ask me to login to his home tour website to leave down my contact. And some one else will contact me. While i find it strange. I still went in to take a look at hometour webbie. And saw that he posted that unit was sold in 1 day list. SOLD.
I texted him back. He didn't answer any of my qn. Till date, i still see him posting this unit in PG 8Jan 22.
Dear Agent, is this not wasting buyer time. I am seriously looking for a EA unit. ARE u just collecting data? Pls don't post fictitious unit.

Some times, the property are already under offer. When I replied to prospective buyer, they scolded me and demand I take down the listing. The problem is, the price may be agreed by both parties but the OTP is not granted. There is not reason to take down the listing until OTP is exchange with option money. In fact, until the OTP is exercise, some sellers will still want the listing in the market in case the buyer do not exercise.

Sometimes, by replying you get scolded and rude remarks from buyers. I still reply to enquiry but some buyers are totally rude and over-demanding. Read More
