I am a landlord and have 3 ongoing commercial lease in a B1 Industrial Building at Gambas Crescent. My agent has not provided any assistance in a recent tenant dispute and provided incorrect information on my rights as a landlord. As such, i would like to seek for a new agent to represent me for my properties.
