Agent asking for 1 month deposit plus stamp fees for secure the flat rent which will lease to us a month later. There are locked room and cabinet which agent explained it will be reveal by owner on the day of signing TA and key handover.
May I know upon depositing the 1 month secure fees, what document should I receive from agent?
Also, on the day of reveal those lock space, can we insist owner to remove away the funny things if any?
If the TA doesn't come to a close deal, can we get the refund of earlier 1 month deposit + stamp fees?
