After the Ripple bay launch are any owner looking to let go at reasonable psf for 2 bedder?
or still holding tight to see pricing slide down more?
Am looking for reasonable sale for own stay.
Can pay 900 psf for mid-high pool view.

Why are you looking at leasehold projects when there is 1 freehold nearby in Ris Grandeur where prices are lesser than those in Livia and Oasis@Elias based on what I understand?

2 bedders 1066sqf I try to achieve closing for you at $920psf. Owner is looking for $960psf.

    I have seen ris grandeur and I dont like floor plan. too much wasted space for such pricing :-)
