After divorce and I wish to buy over her share of a fully paid EC (more than 10 yrs):
1. Will there by MOP?
2. Can I use cash and CPF to return her CPF contributions + cash?
3. Any Buyer Stamp Duty?
4. Any legal fee?
5. Need to engage an property agent to carry out?

Is your ex-wife agreeable for you to buy over or is there any final court order requiring for her to sell her part of her property to you? Assuming that it is agreable,

1) No MOP required since you have already fulfilled the MOP
2) You will need to ensure that you are able to undertake the balance loan as well as buy over her shares, with cash and CPF combined
3) Buyer's Stamp Duty is applicable
4) Legal fees is applicable
5) No need to engage any agent for this
