A single with 200k downtown payment and 3K monthly salary.what's the budget for buying 2nd hand condo. have no idea how much can a single loan from bank etc.

If you are in no hurry, you may wish to consider first hand condo as they are usually cheaper in quantum. Only catch is that u have to wait for its completion.
