I would have to say that the only risk will be for the employee to leave the country without notice and you may face issues in getting the rent back. On contrary, should there be a dispute with regards to the tenancy between a landlord and a company should it be a corporate lease, it maybe an uphill task to challenge the dispute given the financial strengths of a company.
