Dear sir/mdm,
Is the approval already granted in principle or it has not been granted. In such cases, landlords will usually not be comfortable to sign any lease agreement if the parent has no long term visitor pass. You may wish to check with the school if they are able to assist in this matter for rental, otherwise the only option is to go for serviced residence while awaiting for the approval on the long term pass to be granted.
