Hi Johnny,

I am not sure if your unit happens to be the one which I had marketed before. Nevertheless, the latest recorded transaction for a similar unit of size in April 2012 was $1.365m. I have also send a fresh request to different bankers for an indicative valuation to be done.

A total of 163 units in Euroasia Park, the potential of enbloc is relatively good especially for the elevated land, but this would likely take sometime to take place and we do not know how the enbloc process may turn out.
