38yrs old guy..single..would like to purchase a studio or 1-room condo..intereted price around 500k to 600k...just sold my property after my divorce..completion around oct..pls advice what should i do..thk u..

Hi Rico,

Are you buying for own stay? In honesty, I am assisting 1 of my client look for a studio or 1 bedder for own stay with similar budget. It has been fruitless in the search thus far as most units ready for move-in are selling for above $700k otherwise most are selling with tenancy until 2013.

If your intention is to look at new launch, you will stand a good chance.
