Hi!

For a PR, you may look into either new launch projects, subsale, resale condo, or EC that are more than 5 years old. There are plenty of options depending on your time frame to get a unit.

Please do note there is a stamp duty of 3% and also additional buyer stamp duty of 5% for PR. Agent Comm will not be applicable for buying private property.
