1) With the new cooling measures, is a SC/PR couple buying a private condo in spore subject to 5% of ABSD?
2) Is Riversails in Upper Serangoon Crescent a good buy? Location seems to be far from MRT with not much amenities nearby?

Hi David

If you prefer a unit whuch is near to the mrt, may I suggest QBay at Tampines. This project has just been launched just 1 month ago and already 50% of the units have been snapped. It is only 2 bus stop to Tampines mrt, with 3 major shopping malls around it. So definitely a good investment as well as for own stay. Cheers!
