Hi Sg

You should be able to buy a 1 bedroom condo with your budget.

Will advise you to buy within your means and strongly disencourage you to take personal loan of more than 40K as this might cause you to struggle very hard to meet the repayment schedule and especially during rainy days.

Unless you are comfortable and very confident in repaying it despite rainy days, you may consider this option carefully.
