(1) What is the legal implication of a Letter of Intent (LOI) to rent??
(2) If the tenancy agreement is not signed after 7 days which is stated in the LOI, can the landlord declares the the LOI is void? What happens to the 1 month deposit?? Must the landlord refund it ??
