1. What is the current market rate for a couple renting a common room in a HDB flat in Tampines area? 2. Should the amount include utilities/conservancy fees? 3. Note that internet and cable tv are fully paid by tenant and used by both owner and tenant. 4. Also note that the cost of aircon purchase and installation was shared by owner and tenant at 50/50, also used by both owner and tenant. 5. Based on above conditions, what is a reasonable monthly rent? Is $800 considered reasonable or excessive? Note that it's for a couple renting a common room in HDB flat.
