I believe that is what many home owners of Mayfair is waiting for, however, such a wait is speculative, especially so when age of the project is still relatively young. Since you have mentioned that there is no urgency to sell now, what is your plan in discussing this topic? What are you going to do with the funds from the sale of this unit moving ahead?
Is the price now favourable and complementing your plans moving on? It is never an issue of sell now or later, but rather, how you keep the cash moving and rolling that is important in any assets capitalisation.
Asset capitalisation is about how to best make use of every dollar you have invested and how much does it return (return of equity versus return of investment). Why some owners whose asset have favourable collective sale potential are selling in the resale market instead of waiting (disregard the owners who are selling because of family needs to move or requiring cash but those who are comfortable where they are). The funds generated from the sale are likely to be channeled into other investments for returns which can be better predicted instead of speculation for enbloc.
