1) If I inherited a private property such as a Condo/Landed that was fully paid for in CPF, do I have to return the amount back into CPF when I sell the property or do I get the full cash proceeds?

2) What about EC? If there was a grant taken for this property before I inherit it, do I have to return the grant money back into CPF? Is there accrued interest on grants?
