1) I signed an agreement stating that the usage of water, electricity and gas is included in my monthly rent but my agent told me, " You have to pay the landlord another $10 if you want to cook."

2) I asked her what if I were sleeping or changing in the room and the landlord entered, since she has the spare key to the room. My agent said, " Just shout before she open the door. "

3) I never turn off the switches in the room just to see if anyone decides to come in the room to switch it off. For almost a week, someone has been coming in my room to switch it off.

My contract stated that I am allowed to use the water, electricity and gas as it is included in my rental fee. My agent told me that if I were to breach the contract, I am not able to get back my deposit. Now, what if the landlord breaches the contract? I mean, if I were to find another place, I will have to pay another sum of money for the agent fee, deposit and another one month advanced payment. I need answers.
