1)Could someone please tell me the names of all the executive condos, and where are they located?
2)I understand executive condos can be sold to Singaporeans if they are at least 5 years old, and can be sold to foreigners and Singaporeans if they are at least 10 years old. Please tell me how old are the excutive condos in the answer for Question One?
3)If an excutive condo is 10 years old, it will be privatised. What about Build to Order flats and DBSS flats, can they be privatised?
