And all these fees which you mentioned are deducted from the sales proceed which for the final net profit, the legal firm will either be handing the cheque to you or drop it into quick cheque deposit. As seller, most of the expenses are payable by cash which are usually deducted from your proceed on the sales. However, with this current market, it would be tough to promise that sales of your unit can be done within short period of time.
