Jurong West Street 52 is within Jurong West which originated from the area once called Peng Kang was once filled up with low hills, swamps, and thick jungles. But thanks to the continuous influx of construction workers and many attractive and refreshing places in the area, Jurong West is now one of the most desired places in the tourists’ bucket list. About 160,000 residents reside in the area which is being continuously renovated by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) in an attempt to make more commercial hubs.
