  Terrible management

  Visitors not allowed to stay past 12am. Guests parked not allowed to leave condo by foot to even grab a meal.

  Good location, good facilities but bad manage

  Management rules are non-sense. No redmart or any grocery delivery before 9:30 am. No delivery on weekends. Had to go out to collect my ipad from apple delivery guy and collect grocery from foodpanda grocery. No visitors after 11pm. No handy man or ac servicing guy entry without advance notice. 5 year travel history along with passport to get access card. Never seen anything like it.

  The worst management in all of world I think

  Everything is good but the management especially the office out here. They work like people in 80s used to work in typical Indian govt. offices; every time would ask for tonnes of hard copies (documents), would always make your run for the smallest of things, would behave as if they are paying the rent, doesn't have basic manners to talk to people. The security isn't bad except they pretend to work for CSR on part time but handle PMs security. Every time someone has to come for deliveries, they have struggle a lot. And then on top, remember don't lose a single document given by management office as they might ask for any amount; even for a slip which is stamped by them (normal rubber stamp). The worst is an understatement for the management. Good part is location, and accessibility.

  Horrible management

  The management/security guard is just horrible, watch out if you are thinking of renting this place, will give you much headache during the moving process.(Eg charging you $500 as deposit before moving, doesn’t allow lorry to enter building…)The location is okay, quite near to the mrt, facilities are old but working.

  Horrible management

  I live here currently and I regret it for to the poor management. Fail to fix broken equipment and facilities and prevent you living peacefully. Impossible to get in or out of the condo quickly due to overbearing security. Don't waste your money

  Oh Dear, terrible management team.

  I invite you read the many forums on the web describing this management team. Sadly unique in the city. Your life suffers because of it. We're moving out.

  Management’s rules are atrocious and faciliti

  Whilst no doubt that the condo is centrally located and is convenient to access the nearby MRT station, the management has some ridiculous rules in place such as not allowing overnight visitors.

  This is the worst run condo in Singapore

  Avoid living here at all costs. It is the worst managed condo in Singapore. Management and staff are all square minded as well, do not care about the residents. There is a reason why its so cheap.

  Very poor property management

  This is the worst property management apartment I have ever lived in. Abuse of authority, arbitrary fines, attacking residents, causing trouble ... very bad attitude ...

  Not worth the investment, crucial facilities

  The shared facilities are tired and not well maintained. The management is solely focused on income and you will spend much time trying get even the most basic services. Security is a nightmare.
