Horrible management
I live here currently and I regret it for to the poor management. Fail to fix broken equipment and facilities and prevent you living peacefully. Impossible to get in or out of the condo quickly due to overbearing security. Don't waste your money -

I invite you read the many forums on the web describing this management team. Sadly unique in the city. Your life suffers because of it. We're moving out. -

Management’s rules are atrocious and faciliti
Whilst no doubt that the condo is centrally located and is convenient to access the nearby MRT station, the management has some ridiculous rules in place such as not allowing overnight visitors. -

This is the worst run condo in Singapore
Avoid living here at all costs. It is the worst managed condo in Singapore. Management and staff are all square minded as well, do not care about the residents. There is a reason why its so cheap. -

Very poor property management
This is the worst property management apartment I have ever lived in. Abuse of authority, arbitrary fines, attacking residents, causing trouble ... very bad attitude ... -

Not worth the investment, crucial facilities
The shared facilities are tired and not well maintained. The management is solely focused on income and you will spend much time trying get even the most basic services. Security is a nightmare. -

Stinks of Garbage!!
Avoid this place, unless you like smelling garbage! Although the facilities are generally good and location is great, the building management are extremely slack and refuse to replace the filters on the garbage system, resulting in a garbage smell all around - it's even strong inside the apartment on level 15!! -

Unique condo in an unbelievable location
City square residence is rather unique condo that is hard to replicate in other areas in singapore. It is literally just adjacent to a very big shopping mall (<10seconds from main gate) and at the basement of the mall is connected all the way to the MRT station. The mall has multiplex movie cinemas that screen late night movies and packed with food/restaurants and retail shops. So easy to eat watch a late night movie when bored and hop over back within seconds to condo to sleep. The condo has 3 exits that can lead you to a different road and there are just too many food pubs and shopping outside the mall and condo including the 24hour Mustafa center and several new mini malls. 2 short mrt stops to orchard road and multiple interchange mrt lines one stop away at little india. So location really is unbeatable. The condo sits on a huge land and facilities are just fantastic especially the swim pool. Units facing the city provide wonderful views to behold at night with the flyer view and city nightview The downside is the function rooms and open areas which can get fully booked over the weekends. School holidays, the pool will see many more families. Too stringent condo security was an issue previously but this has been sorted out. In short, an unbelievable location and a big extensive facility filled large condo. with the surrounding mix of diverse culture and retail and Food & Beverage stalls, the place captures the rich diversity of the local way of life. -

City Square Resi Rocks
Been renting condos in Jurong & Tampines for last 8 years cos of work. Found out about City Sq Residences from my agent. Was skeptical initially but now I find it is an amazing location... with the MRT and great Mall at the doorstep! I skip across the condo and do everything including catch a movie without having to travel!! Sometimes i walk to Orchard for exercise! Amazing cultural journey. My friends make excuses to hang out with me and condo has a great pool. Mustafa Shopping Centre is 24 hours and despite the reviews here, i find the Security and Management very approachable They have to contend with 900 units of residents 24/7 and they are doing a terrific job. if i get my PR, this is one condo i would consider. My expat friends are thinking of relocating to this condo cos of its amenities and convenience. -

Flexible, cozy condo
I recently moved into this condo, but it was definitely different from what I saw so many negative reviews on the web. Managements are all friendly, flexible. If you really think about moving in, I would recommend to come and see the property and assess it. -
