City Square Mall opposite
City Square Mall is basically just opposite City Square Residences, so groceries, food, shopping and kids enrichment all very easy. Mustafa Centre also nearby, which is lifesaver when you suddenly need something at 11pm or even 3am. (!!!) Farrer Park MRT is just few mins walk, so getting around is no issue. I like that there are so many food choices around, especially on weekends when we dont feel like cooking. Condo itself has alot of facilities and the kids enjoy the pool and garden areas.

living in the CITY
moved into City Square Residences because we wanted somewhere central, and it has been a good experience so far. There is actually plenty to do here... swimming pools, gym, tennis, karaoke and even a bowling alley! My partner uses the gym and I usually go for a swim. The development is big, so there is plenty of greenery and walking space. City Square Mall next door is also super useful for daily shopping, and Farrer Park MRT is literally minutes away. The only thing I took awhile to get used to is the security. They are VERY strict about access and checking, which can feel troublesome when you have guests. But I rather have extra security than none.

Freehold Choice
City Square Residences has freehold status and good location, and after staying here I appreciate the lifestyle more than ever. My unit is on a higher floor and the city view is really quite nice, especially at night when everything lights up. Being next to City Square Mall means we can settle almost everything without driving. MRT is also nearby and there are plenty of buses. The facilities are another big plus, especially the pool and tennis courts. With 900 plus units, obviously the common areas can become crowded, but usually still manageable.
