Heaven for Parents with Kids
I started as a tenant and ended up buying here. The convenience as a young parent is unbeatable. CBD/Office is ridiculously close, preschool in the mall next door, Enrichment classes, Five 24-hr grocery stores within 2 min walk. Large condo with swimming pool, safe play area, extra park next door. Unique tennis courts. If you're a parent, trust the location and choose this condo. Young singles keep complaining about strict MA but for families, is an added advantage. And if you're high floor in blocks 10,12 or 14, the view is unbeatable. Watch NDP airshows and fireworks from your own living room. -

Under valued for sure
I have stayed in quite a few condos and finally ended up in CSR. Considering that this is an older condo, it is definitely very well maintained. MCST is friendly and responsive to queries. As a plant enthusiast, I really appreciate the good variety of foliage in the condo, you’ll see the gardener pruning regularly. The units here are spacious since there is no balcony, which is very rare for a condo, you get 100% real usable space. Every floor has a security monitoring device which is again, very rare. The condo app is fully immersive, neighbours are engaged. The proximity to the MRT is another plus considering that this is freehold. Definitely an under valued development. No wonder you hardly see many transactions, people/families actually want to stay here for good. -

Worst condo in singapore
I lived here 1 year and ended my contract early i was happy to pay early termination fee to get our of this shthole. There is a conflict of interest between tenants and landlords in this condo. This is mostly a rented condominium, most landlords dont live here and look to exploit tenants. Recently there was a management change in this condo, which has been as incompetent as previous management. They implemented a rule to apply a fee to all facilities. This is in place of an increase in management fee that needs to be paid by landlords, just pass the cost to tenants. Anyway, dont fall for the low rent/ convenience trap, you will just end up with just stress in a place you supposed to call home -

Facilities that you need to pay for
You need to pay for facilities now (bbq pitt, tennis court, function room, etc...) only condo in Singapore that charges you. On top of the horrible security, the badly maintained property, loud neighbors, -

The management sets up illogical and nonsensical rules that only serve to push liabilities onto the residents, causing inconvenience and trouble. Here are the real examples which still ongoing in this condo: 1. NO visitors are allowed after 23:59 every day. Imagine your girlfriend arriving on a midnight flight that lands in Singapore at 23:59. She would not be allowed to stay with you, simply because it is past 23:59. The security guard will inform you that "RULE IS RULE," regardless of who your guest is. 2. NO big box deliveries are allowed unless a request is made a day before. However, how can you know the exact date and time of -

Only benefit is location and cheap fee
Cheap maintenance fee for a reason. I prefer to pay more for better upkeep of facility. Management standard is ...... Lol -

It’s all true - don’t live here
Trust all the different reviews. We meant to have legal right to quiet enjoyment in lease but NONE. Hate living here. Moving out. The management and security are horrible. Lifts always broken, smelly garbage chutes which waft to units, infection from pool, extremely strict guest rules, no deliveries after 5pm except food and overly controlling and overbearing for no common-sense reason. They want to live as controlling communists, move elsewhere. Horrible horrible horrible. -

Do not trust Agents Reviews
We lived in this condo between 2020-2022. Back then, we were hesitant about renting this flat as the condo had poor reviews (below 3 stars overall rating) with ex tenants highlighting issues associated with the management office. We thought it would be fine since we are easy-going, but the building management (especially building security) ended up systematically creating troubles. It really felt like you are a stranger in your own condo and not like you actually pay to live there. I have never seen anything like this in other Singapore condos. The flats are spacious, the location is convenient and the swimming pool is great, else. -

Bad management. Poor security service. Many pigeons on the balcony. Size is very decent and super convenient. -
