If I buy a flat under joint single scheme with another person, but few years later I got married with another person. Can I apply for a new HDB flat? Or do I need to take out my name or sold off the flat under the joint-single scheme before I can apply a new BTO?

Yes you may buy a HDB with another joint single, please take note of the following HDB ruling when you commit to the purchase. :-
- HDB flat minimum occupation period 5 yrs upon completion.
- there will be a level impose if you apply for a HDB housing grant,
HDB will also treat you as a first timer as you apply for the grant.

Yes you may buy a NEW HDB Flat provided you sell your flat or share and comply with the above ruling.
