With prices hitting 2000+psf. Which area would be a better freehold investment long term? D9 Visioncrest @ Oxley Rise or D15 Meyer Mansion @ Meyer Road. Awaiting your expert property view. Thank you.

The upside for Meyer Mansion of course comes from the completion of the Thomson East Coast Line which increases access to the Marina Bay Financial District.

There is another mid-sized Freehold project within Bukit Timah Distict 10, near Sixth Avenue MRT launching soon. We hope to share with you more.

Also other than Meyer Mansion and Amber Park, another Freehold project nearest to MRT is relaunching at prices below these two projects just for this weekend. Do contact us so we can share with you more! Look forward to hearing from you.

Yes, with rising land costs which we do not foresee it to change, the price in general is going to rise across all districts, but why have you only shortlisted these 2 projects for comparison? With the announcement of development along the Great Southern Waterfront, would you be interested to consider that location too?

I am puzzled why would you take this 2 particular developments as comparison, a freehold resale condo in D09 vs a freehold new launch in D15. It's like comparing Apples to Oranges, which is sweeter?

If it's for investment, I would recommend investors to purchase a development with good tenant catchment (for good rentability), in an area with growth (for potential capital upside).

It may or may not be a new launch. Freehold is not a major criteria too, if you could justify the entry price and exit strategy. Afterall, I believe the main objectives of an investment is 1) safe entry, and 2) to generate good returns for the investor.
