With a combine income of >$12000, is the husband & wife still eligible to purchase a resale/apply for a new flat under HDB?

Evening,

With your current combined income, you will not be eligible to get a brand new unit.
You will be eligible for resale HDB though, provided the fulfill the available scheme.
