Which is a better investment unit for rental- The Glades or Parc Riviera?

They are 2 vastly different projects in a total different location with different pricing points to begin with, therefore it is difficult to pin point down to which is a better investment unit for rental.
In terms of rentability (not rental yield), I will reckon Glades is likely a more popular choice, given the location near MRT, as well as 1 MRT stop away from Changi Business Park with a huge pool of tenant supply.
