Hi first you have to determine the reason for the purchase, is it for investment or own stay? If it is for your own stay, the layout within and the amenities nearby have to be factored into consideration. I am familiar with the area that you are looking at, these are my opinion:
1) Hundred Trees: The entire project is very near the highway so provided the unit you choose is facing towards the landed it will not be advisable. However in terms of pricing, it will be cheaper than Carabelle
2) For both Carabelle and Hundred Trees these two projects are within 1km of several pri schools in that area so it will be a plus point for own stay or for future resale.
3) The vision is new and will be near the west coast park district which can be attractive to foreigners looking for rental especially those working in the academic institution nearby. The traffic there is also less congested to the other 3 projects you mentioned.
4) Gardenvista is a nice development and near Bt Timah Plaza which is convenient for shopping. The huge road junction also provide for easy access to various directions. In future the Bt Timah line of MRT will be within walking distance.
