When should I start to engage an agent to sell my flat (in matured estate but low floor), if my new flat's Estimated date of completion states Q4 2017 in the letter. How do I work out the timeline?

Evening,

It would be good for you to re-confirm with HDB on the actual key collection date in early and mid 2017. Based on my experience, there are a handful of projects that TOP earlier than expected. With that information, it would then be more prudent to provide you with the necessary advice.
