When a Buyer pays the $5k deposit to the Seller, will a receipt be issued to them? How about the Seller? Will they have to sign a form or document to confirm the receipt of the deposit paid by the Buyers? Is it possible that both the agents for the Buyer and the Seller not to keep any records of this transaction or the deposit money changing hands?
