What's the difference between 1 bedroom and a studio?

Hi Zen, there is no real difference between a 1 bedroom and a studio. A 1 bedroom has a bedroom which is partitioned by walls; so the bedroom is separate from the living area.
A studio has no such partitions; the bedroom IS the living area.

Hi Zen,
A 1 bedroom unit is a condo unit with a bedroom and living area and studio unit is normally an open concept unit meaning when you open the main door you will see the whole unit ..
But these days new launches some are selling
studio as 1 bedrooms unit, 1 bedrooms unit as 1+1 units etc..
So if you are buying or renting a unit
you must be clear with the party involved if the unit comes with a bedroom or no bedrooms
