Silas is a real estate consultant and team leader with a strong background in both property advisory and mortgage structuring.

Silas leads and mentors a team of agents and serves as a company trainer, with a focus on structured advisory, risk awareness, and long-term planning rather than short-term transactions.

Before entering real estate, Silas was an Assistant Vice President in OCBC’s Mortgage Department, where he handled mortgage transactions, property portfolio restructuring, and departmental training. He was also a multiple service award recipient, recognised for service excellence and performance.
