Silas is a consistent producer in the real estate industry. Within his first month, he was awarded ERA Star Achiever and the following month, he managed to secure the coveted ERA Diamond Achiever Award. He was named ERA's Top 5 New Achiever as well as ERA's Top 50 position out of 8000 real estate professionals.

Prior to his journey as a real estate agent, he was a mortgage banker with one of the local banks in Singapore as one of the youngest Asst. Vice President. His banking experience has aided many clients in solving their financial needs.

Silas believes in delivering top quality service accompanied by sound, unbiased advice to his clients. He is also a firm believer in incorporating data research into his analysis to substantiate his proposals.
