what's the average cost of becoming a property agent? as i understand that one need to register with an agency and go through some internal course.

Kindly state the joined up fee or start up etc as required by your agency. thank you

Hi Daniel,

Most agency's have internal training programs, and most agencies will have a start up cost.

However, start up costs aside, the biggest cost that all real estate agents face along the way are the advertising and other related business costs.

HOWEVER, if the expenditure yields a ten fold return, would it then be justified? AND, if your time spent on the job is half that of a full time job, would that justify your start up expenses?

If the first deal you close is worth 10 times your agency start up fee, I think it is money well spent.

    Hi thanks for the info. i understand your rationale but for start up, i am looking at a numerical figures so i can estimate the cost and spending.

    Condo specialist? is there any difference between your good company and other company like propnex? do you deal specially in condo and not HDB?
