Good morning,

Based on what you have provided, you are looking at selling your unit and cover all the required cost before applying for EC or HDB unit. If this is so, the figures are quite clear. You need to sell the unit at $1.16 mil before you can see any break even. However, the major factor would be: will your unit be able to fetch this type of pricing based on it's lease type, sizing, location and condition of your unit.
