Have you done your valuation for the unit? How can I send you a copy of the past transaction prices for your area?

I'd love to provide you an estimated figure you can look at for selling but it is unfair as I do not know how is the condition of your unit as compared to the past transactions. In addition, is your unit a 4S model or 4A model?
