1% of purchase price upon offer to secure the Option To Purchase.
4% of purchase price upon exercising of the Option To Purchase.
Applicable stamp duties within 2 weeks from exercising the Option To Purchase
Balance amount upon completion.
Take note that depending on vendor, 7% GST maybe applicable on the purchase price if vendor is a GST registered company.
There will also be conveyancing fees (legal) involved in purchase.
