What is the resales and rental prospect for flat in tanglin halt area?

Dear Mr Wee,
If you are thinking along the line of making use of HdB as an investment tool for capital appreciation and rental yield, do not dwell too much into it as the government has already looked into ways to soften the market and may come in with more measures.
Tanglin Halt vicinity has enjoyed its fair share of demand in terms of rental and resale due to its excellent location but to expect good returns fro. It would be pretty challenging, which I would say no one will be giving any promises to you on the level you can receive.
