3. Market Your Flat:

List your flat on the HDB Resale Portal.  
Consider listing it on property portals and social media platforms.

4. Conduct Viewings:

Schedule viewings with potential buyers.
Be prepared to answer questions about your flat and the surrounding area.
5. Negotiate and Grant OTP:

Negotiate the price and terms of the sale with the buyer.

The buyer has 21 days to exercise the OTP by paying an option fee (typically 1% of the agreed price) and signing the OTP.
6. Submit Resale Application:

8. Complete Resale:
