Land price range can differ a fair bit between a 200sqm to 400sqm unit, as the house type could be different. Minimum plot size for a semi detach is 200sqm and minimum plot size of a detach is 400sqm, subject to plot shape and dimensions as well as existing neighbour. For detach house, there could be a premium placed on the price tag as detach is definitely the cream of the crop type of landed house.
For land itself, the price per square foot can range between $1,500psf to $1900psf easily, depending on the physical attributes.
