Hi Adji,
Thanks for posting in Propertyguru. Definitely for us, we will be happy to hear that your unit is on a high floor and renovated.
Valuation will depend on a lot of factors such as the renovation, the floor that the unit is situated on and many other factors. Of course the main factor will also the past transacted prices. The rough range for valuation may somewhere be in the range of $430K to $470K.
Of course ultimately your selling price will also consist of this component called COV (Cash Over Valuation). Definitely your real estate salesperson's sales tactics will also play a part in your price. A house is probably the most expensive asset that we have bought in our lives so please leave it in the hands of someone who cares.
My partner and myself have served many sellers and buyers and we have made many of them happy clients and now friends. You may read some of our testimonials on my website. We are certain that we can provide good service to you. Maybe we can meet up for a non obligatory discussion. Ultimately you will also want to meet the agent who might be serving you right? :)
Looking forward to hear from you soon. Thanks.
Hi Kay,
The best way to gauge the market price of the property is to get a bank indication from the banks. Of course when we price the property we also need to look at the other units calling price. Ultimately we do not want to use our own unit to help other units to sell.

I am sure that we can be of good service to you. Maybe we can meet up for a non obligatory discussion. Anyway you also need to meet the real estate salesperson who might be helping you right?
Looking forward to your call and reply. Thanks.
