What is the expected valuation of 1BR higher floor, say above 20th by TOP (if earlier by a year or two, say 2017), given market cooling measures & oversupply possibilities? How much would the price of this property be projected to increase? What's the typical agent fees like to sell the property at pre-TOP or TOP? Would this place be able to sell? There is not quite a lot of activity in the market thus far & vacancy / rental rates are climbing. What is the expected amount to be paid inclusive of interest by TOP?
