What is the current stamp duty to foreigner to buy a new flat?

Morning FCC,
if you are referring to new HDB BTO flat, foreigners are not eligible.
If it's new private properties, it will be 10% (of purchase price - additional buyer's stamp duty) on top of the usual buyer's stamp duty [3% x purchase price) - $5400]
