Hi

They can each apply the HFE individually to confirm they are each individually eligible to apply for 2-room flexi for Seniors.

Once they have the HFE letter, they can wait for the BTO exercise to launch and submit their interest. Thereafter there will be balloting and selection of unit, and also waiting for the BTO to be constructed.

They can sell off their existing HDB closer to key collection of their new flats.
